Organizer holds the right regarding the change of terms, themes, speakers, locations that may need alternative solutions and is under obligation to inform the participants beforehand.

Number of seats
Number of seats is limited by the capacities of the conference halls.

Upon finalizing the list of participants, we will not be able to provide additional seating. Therefore, hasten with the registration!

Registration
Official registration is made by sending this form. Upon receiving the form, our ticket sales service will send you the instructions for domestic or foreign payment, in local or foreign currency, as specified. Reservation will be confirmed upon receiving the payment. Payment deadline is May 5, 2008, or until all seats at the conference are reserved. Conference fee must be paid in full before the commencement of the Festival.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation before April 30, 2008, money will be refunded, less 20% processing fee. No refunds will be made after this date, but the substitutions may be made.

Official conference languages
Official conference languages are English and Serbian. Simultaneous translation of official languages is provided.

Conference fee includes
Admission and participation in conference sessions, simultaneous translation (upon request), refreshments during the breaks, conference material and meals. Conference fee does not include visa, travel and accommodation expenses, which participants provide for themselves.
