The Chairman of the first Belgrade Design Week, Mr Jovan Jelovac, answers the question: In your opinion, what is the biggest success of the BDW? “Thousands of young people in the audience who grew a couple of more square centimeters of brain after the BDW and 100 of international leaders in creativity who went back to the world delighted to talk about the vibrating energy of Belgrade and the whole region of the South-east Europe. DESIGN ME A CITY! April 17-22, Belgrade was the creative hub of the world! We saw a new face and spirit of Belgrade, owing to this one event which accelerated the rhythm of the city and turned it into a true modern metropolis! |
