Jan Rajkenberg / BSUR Jan Rajkenberg (Jan Rijkenberg) is a co-founder of the ‘bsur’ concept in Amsterdam, offering consulting to international companies and providing consulting services for development and communication of new brand concepts. Organization activities include brand construction, re-conception, managing the brand’s portfolio, business concepts, identity design and integrated communications. Among his clients are names such as Imperial Tobacco Worldwide, Campina International, Recources Connection, and The body Shop, O’Neill Europe, Wrangler Europe and Corporate Express. Rijkenberg studied Economy at NWIT (Netherlands Institute for Tourism and Transport Studies) and worked for three years as the Marketing Manager at Netherlands Tourist Office. There he began a career in the advertising industry, working for WT, TBWA and DDB. Mostly he provided consulting and integrated communications services for international clients. Rijkenberg often lectures on the topic of conception, brands and communication at the Groningen University, Ichthus College in Roterdam, TIAS Business Schoo and at Delft University of Technology, Industrial Design. He is also responsible for creative actions in companies such as Heineken and Unilever. He regularly publishes articles and columns on topics of trend, innovational concepts, marketing and communications, as well as on daily and significant events in advertising. |
