is one of the most familiar names in world advertising, present in local market since 1992.

During these 14 years, the Belgrade agency has worked on creating and developing of foreign and domestic brands such like: Jonnie Walker, Rothmans, Stimorol, Mattel, Duracell, TetraPak, IBM, C Market, Duga, Hipol, Srbijanka...

Today, proudly represent their clients: British American Tobacco (Pall Mall, Viceroy, Vogue), Kraft Foods (Milka), Gillette (Duracell, Gillette, Braun), Samsung, Unilever portfolio (media), Klosterfrau (Neo Angin), Dove, American Express, DelYug Telekom Montenegro, Monet.

As a result of changes in the agency’s organization and the ownership structure, since 2006, Ogilvy & Mather operates as OM Ogilvy.

The agency functions as a “full service”, i.e. offers services in the area of creative, production, client, PR and bellow-the-line service.

Since 1997, as a part of the agency Ogilvy, media buying & planning service operates under the name MindShare. 40 professionals are currently employed in the agency, while the permanent staff list, and occasional associate collaborators, make hundreds of the most diverse subcontractors.

Led by its global methodology of work with clients, under the name “360 Brand Stewardship®", Ogilvy executed dozens of projects for its clients and during 2005 it was positioned as an international agency that easily adapts global strategies, localizes or, based upon them, develops original concepts, adapted to local conditions, and is able to offer its clients full service, from the client, creative service and production to several-week-long campaigns on the territory of the whole country, covering at the same time executing of BTL activities in over 25 cities.

The whole team is motivated and led by the Ogilvy’s “360 Brand Stewardship®" approach, i.e. a desire for all the undertaken activities to contain and communicate the same massage in order to achieve the same goals. That approach has gained Ogilvy, as a global network, a title of the agency with the highest number of clients, amongst which are Dove and AmEx, loyal to Ogilvy over half of the century.

Milica Madzgaljevic graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade with a degree in Ethnology and Social Anthropology.

She has worked in numerous local advertising agencies and companies: Microsoft,Publicis/Saatchi & Saatchi*, ICPS Infinity, Ogilvy & Mather Belgrade, IMS Studio 6 Swiss-Yugoslav advertising agency – working her way from Sales Manager and advertising jobs, to General Manager and Company Owner.

She received professional training in: Interactive Innovation, Consultative Selling Skills, Presentation Skills, Brand Stewardship Corporate PR strategy (Microsoft); Sales & Negotiation (Microsoft); Virtual Team Leadership (Microsoft)
