Milica Čubrilo is the Director of the Tourist Association of Serbia and has an MSc in Law and Anthropology, specializing in African Law. She worked as a correspondent for La Le Point, Le Figaro, La Croix, Diplomatie Judiciarie, Radio France Internationale, Figaro and France Soir, and also as the editor of Svet. She worked as a consultant for the World Bank and French cooperation in West Africa and Madagascar, and also as an assistant lecturer at the Law Faculty, University of Asmara, Eritrea.

Turistička Organizacija Srbije (TOS) (Serbian Organisation of Tourism) is a specialized Government Organisation with the Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Services, in charge of promoting tourism in the country and abroad, and improving the quality of, and coordination with, the tourist organizations of towns and municipalities.

TOS also contributes to the creation of a generally positive image of Serbia in the world, presents the wildlife and cultural heritage to Serbian citizens, and in this manner participates in the economic development of the country.
