Professional Experience

2001 to 2006: Managing Director GREY Worldwide Belgrade

Total operational responsibility for the running of GREY WorldWide Belgrade, MediaCom and G2 offices in Serbia. Regional co-ordination for Croatia, Bosnia, Albania and Kosovo for BAT
And P&G.

Built fully integrated business with 124 full time employees.
Won new BTL and CRM/DM projects from international clients ( BAT, P&G, VISA).
Got into major domestic pitch lists. ( Won HVB Bank, Imlek, Durex, Mobtel, Tuborg,
Finalist in tenders for Tetrapak, Emirates.)

Built business from billing 0,1 $ million in 1997 to 4 countries billing $32 million plus. Reporting to Regional Managing Director of GREY Worldwide in Milano – Pietro Leone.
As MD responsible for all client relationships with agency and for winning business in new markets. Co-ordinated between Central Marketing and local clients. Responsible for central remuneration agreements and total account profitability. Responsible for all central marketing and creative projects. Full financial accountability on all accounts.

1997 to 2001: Deputy Managing Director GREY WW Belgrade

Sent out by GREY Duseldorf to establish control of local franchisee (Focus communication) and reassure international clients. Ultimately responsible for ending franchise and establishing new wholly owned agency in difficult circumstances.

In addition to my account handling role, from 1997 to 2001. I also assumed management responsibility for New Business.

As new business director I had responsibility for setting up a proper infrastructure for obtaining new business. Responsible for strategy and implementation. We put a target identification, contact management and training program in place.

1996 to 1997: Media Executive

Media Executive in GREY Duseldorf . Start to work for GREY Dusseldorf as trainee for Serbian market. Finished GREY Academy and MediaCom media communication course.

1992 to 1996: Computer programmer, Invest Banka AD Beograd

Responsible for database management and computer programs for House loans and VISA accounts.
