Sicco van Gelder

Mr Sicco van Gelder is the Head of the branding and consulting company Brand Meta, with the head office in Holland. He is the cofounder of Placebrands, company that helps cities, regions and countries to define their goals and achieve their full potential.

Sicco worked as a researcher and consultant for some of the leading companies in Asia and Europe. He worked, traveled and lived on four continents. Being familiar with differences of those four continents enabled him to understand cultures, motivations, and economical and social diversities. He is the author of the book Global Brand Strategy – how to match the brand potentials regardless of borders, cultures and markets.
