DRAGANA JOVANČEVIĆ (1975) Since the beginning of 2006 she has been the Managing Director of the CAN Advertising agency. Before that she worked as an Accounts Director in CAN Advertising and was a tireless fighter for the right to be creative in the “uncreative” sector of a traditional agency. She believes that she has successfully weathered this transitional period, along with CAN Advertising agency, working on projects for several financial institutions, and a Government Agency for a Commercial Registry. She has also worked in her own company, ComTrade Group). She can now focus entirely on specializing in brand management. Even in her student days Dragana recognized an interest in managing the human mind, which lies at the foundations of her love for marketing & advertising, and she has developed this through professional experiences in the LPT Publicis agency, and then at Obicom Saachi & Saachi. Finally, when she realized that by working in multinational companies she did not have sufficient room to experiment with ideas, people, and solutions she decided to work in the smaller but more creative environment of CAN Advertising. Now, as then, she has held on to her guiding principle: “Find a job you love and you’ll never have to toil for one day in your life”. She loves her work, at least 12 hours a day. |
