The developement is set to start at three locations in Belgrade and one in Podgorica, while regional expansion will follow shortly.

The first Delta City shopping mall with a GBA of 87.000 m2 will be opened in New Belgrade’s Block 67 at the junction of Jurija Gagarina and Dr. Agostina Neta streets in the close proximity of the accommodation facilities for the 2009 University Games. On behalf of Delta M Group, the project leader is Delta Invest professional team. The project was designed by Israeli Company Moore Architects which has vast experience in the industry, having created concepts over 80 shopping malls around the globe. Space rental is the responsibility of Colliers Internacional, a worldwide leader in real estate leasing. The investment plan is over 80 million euros and according to the plan, the mall will accomodate its first visitors in September 2007.
