Sladjana Lazic graduated in 1994 at Faculty of Economics, Belgrade University. She gathered her experience in managing positions in marketing areas within international companies - Diners Club International, Coca-Cola HBC, Delta Ice-Cream. She is Marketing Manager in Delta City 67. Delta City is engaged in development, management and maintenance of international-style shopping malls. As a true „virtual city” Delta City shopping mall represents a successful mix of diverse reatail and entertainement, where the entire family can spend their day. Delta City shopping mall is comprised of a supermarket, numerous fashion, sports and home décor shops, banks, post office and other services. In addition to the famous brands, the visitors can enjoy a cineplex, a bowling court, children’s playgrounds, a gym and socialize in various restaurants and attractive caffés. Delta City is designed so that each area is easily accessable from the multilevel garage. Fast vertical communication is enabled by a large number of escalators. Its cutting-edge design and pleasant atmosphere contribute to future visitors' full enjoyment. Delta City is the first true international-style shopping mall offering a concept never seen before in this market. The developement is set to start at three locations in Belgrade and one in Podgorica, while regional expansion will follow shortly. The first Delta City shopping mall with a GBA of 87.000 m2 will be opened in New Belgrade’s Block 67 at the junction of Jurija Gagarina and Dr. Agostina Neta streets in the close proximity of the accommodation facilities for the 2009 University Games. On behalf of Delta M Group, the project leader is Delta Invest professional team. The project was designed by Israeli Company Moore Architects which has vast experience in the industry, having created concepts over 80 shopping malls around the globe. Space rental is the responsibility of Colliers Internacional, a worldwide leader in real estate leasing. The investment plan is over 80 million euros and according to the plan, the mall will accomodate its first visitors in September 2007. |
