Ben Evans Mr Ben Evans is the General Manager of London Design Festival which he had founded in cooperation with John Sorell in 2002. The Festival celebrates London as the creative capital of the world. The Festival gathers around 150 partnership organizations and over 400.000 visitors each year. He is the General Manager of the World Creative Forum. The Creative Forum is an event that stimulates creativity in business and society. Before LDF, Ben Evans was a Creative Director and cofounder of the LIVE branding and marketing business. He has also worked as an Editor-in-Chief of the Millennium Dome, where he anticipated development in the exhibition sphere, while he was also in charge of selecting teams of designers, business people and Government administrators who invented the British budget for the visitors of the event. He has also worked on political campaigns for Nil Kinnock and Tony Blar in 1992 and 1997. He assisted numerous tasks regarding creative administrative documents that lead to the first national strategic administrative projects in the area of design. He worked closely with film producer Lord Puttnamn on many initiatives and projects and he had also helped John Sorrell to create blueprint for the new Design Committee. He is a lecturer at the Royal College of Art and Central St.Martins.
